Our History

Women’s Council of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) was founded in 1971 by Daisy Donovan of Detroit, Michigan, Laura Seal of Brooklyn, New York, and Iris Yate of Indianapolis, Indiana. South Florida Board of Realtist Women’s Council is one of several local chapters of NAREB Women’s Council. Our primary focus is on the housing and socio-economic concerns of the community in which we live, work, and serve. We are a non-profit organization who is seeking to educate our Communities through Financial Literacy and promote Homeownership

Our Mission

The Women’s Council of South Florida Board of Realtist mission is to empower the community through Financial Literacy education, promote community service, and educate potential buyers and seller on various areas of their real estate needs.
